WithMe is seeking a Chief of Staff to support our Founder-CEO in driving forward his vision and scaling our organization to new heights. What You'll Do: As the CEO's trusted partner, you'll translate high-level strategy into actionable plans, oversee key strategic projects, and bring organization and clarity to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You'll handle high-priority initiatives, provide insights through in-depth research, and support effective internal and external communications. This role is fully remote with quarterly travel, and may require flexibility for after-hours availability. What You'll Bring: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field 10+ years of professional experience in high-growth environments 5+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff or managerial role in high-growth environments Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate and influence across departments A proactive mindset to anticipate and resolve issues, maintain confidentiality, and hold stakeholders accountable Why WithMe Inc.? 100% remote work environment.
