Key Responsibilities Serve as a strategic advisor to the COO, leading global initiatives and special projects Partner with Customer Success and Support teams to scale operations and unify customer service quality Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams to align operations with Go-to-Market strategies and drive growth Required Qualifications 12+ years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or operations Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into actionable insights Excellent project management abilities, capable of driving initiatives from concept to completion Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate operational challenges
