Want to apply Read all the information about this position below, then hit the apply button. Job DescriptionNeon is searching for a qualified Chief of Staff to work closely with our executive team. This person will have an immediate impact on our productivity by streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives to the company.This position requires working from our downtown Chicago office (205 N Michigan), allowing you to fully engage with your team and take advantage of our vibrant work environment. This role is not eligible for remote or hybrid work.Salary for this position: $150,000 -$200,000 with the final offer based on experience, skills, and qualifications.Visa Sponsorship is available for this position.Key Responsibilities: Partner with the leadership to define, prepare, and communicate organizational plans, including quarterly, annual, and multi-year strategies. Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation. Monitor progress on strategic goals, identify potential roadblocks, and propose actionable solutions to achieve targets. Facilitate and cascade internal and external stakeholder communications regarding key decisions, information, and strategic direction. Develop and build on relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations. Help define new operational strategies by working with leadership on special projects. Set key performance indicators to measure team performance.Qualifications: MBA degree from a top business school with 4+ years of relevant work experience. Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to take complete ownership of projects, proactively search for solutions, and solve complex problems independently to drive success in this role. Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and departments. Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
