Description:
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO), Open Learning (OL), will provide financial leadership, decision support, and strategic direction. Responsibilities include: Overseeing the financial operations of OL, including the development of a financial and operational strategy and associated metrics. Monitoring and developing control systems and reporting of accurate financial results. Being a key member of Open Learning's leadership team. Developing, implementing, and monitoring financial aspects of strategic business plans that align with OL's short-term and long-term goals. Leading the development of annual and multi-year budgets for Open Learning's units. Monitoring all financial aspects of the organization, including financial reporting and accounting, financial analysis, and forecasting and modeling. Providing financial leadership across Open Learning's various units, working closely with academic deans, faculty, and department heads to ensure alignment with institutional priorities.Job RequirementsREQUIRED: bachelor's degree; a minimum of ten years of financial management experience; and robust organizational, leadership, collaboration, and communication skills. PREFERRED: master's degree and higher education experience.
