Position Overview: As the Chief Executive Officer you will be responsible for steering the company's strategic direction, with a primary focus on driving growth through targeted acquisitions. Your leadership will be instrumental in improving operational efficiency, enhancing brand awareness, and positioning the company as a key player in the industrial gas industry. Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Develop and communicate a compelling vision and strategy for the company's growth and expansion. Lead the executive team in aligning business goals with the overall strategic plan. Acquisitions and Growth: Identify and assess potential acquisition targets in line with the company's growth objectives. Oversee the end-to-end process of acquisitions, from due diligence to integration. Operational Excellence: Drive operational efficiency and effectiveness across all facets of the business. Implement best practices to optimize operational processes and workflows. Brand Enhancement: Develop and execute initiatives to enhance brand awareness and market positioning. Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen the company's brand in the industrial gas sector. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and investors. Represent the company in industry forums and events. Financial Management: Work closely with the CFO to ensure sound financial management and fiscal responsibility. Set and achieve financial targets in line with overall business objectives. Team Leadership and Development: Attract, retain, and develop top-tier talent within the organization. Foster a collaborative and innovative culture that encourages continuous improvement. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards. Implement and monitor policies to uphold regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus. 10+ of executive leadership experience, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
