As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while helping to maintain the high standards that Chick-Fil-A is known for. This position offers opportunities for growth, flexible scheduling, and a chance to be part of a supportive team.Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet and engage customers with a positive demeanor, taking their orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly interactions.- Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of food items, following Chick-Fil-A’s recipe and safety standards to ensure the quality and freshness of each product.- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to maintain an organized and efficient service operation. Assist coworkers and foster a team-oriented environment.- Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain cleanliness and order in front of house and back of house areas, adhering to health and safety protocols. Regularly sanitize surfaces and equipment.- Cash Handling: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
