JOB DESCRIPTION Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required. * Oversee day to day operations of our water transfers, recycling and frack pond infrastructure * Work with chemicals and bulk containers in the field * Oversee daily operations of 3rd party vendors to safely accomplish tasks * Assist in finding ways to improve processes to be more efficient. * Work with vendors to maintain best work practices. * Work with operation supervisor on daily basis to ensure constant communication and coordination. * Assist R&D time to time with new sustainable water handling technologies such as enhanced evaporation. RESPONSIBILITIES * Demonstrate leadership, verbal, and written communication skills * Ability to work with all levels of the organization * Support and motivate vendors to achieve operational objectives * Manage multiple tasks and changes to priorities with little notice * Ability to self-motivate * Must be a self-starter #woodpermian
