As a Chemical Manufacturing Operator with Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions (VWTS), you'll play an important role operating and monitoring sophisticated industrial equipment to control chemical changes and reactions that are vital to making our cutting edge products. Main Responsibilities: Wash totes and prepare them for reuse The ability to read batch recipes and follow instructions accordingly so that batches are made to the correct quality standard - Stage and prepare ingredients for blends as needed for production according to batch sheets and formulas. Ensures correct ingredients are used for each batch - Deliver chemicals into blend tanks in predetermined quantities using automated systems as well some semi-automated /manual systems - Autonomous maintenance activities; changing of diaphragm pumps, hose cam locks, fittings etc. - Complete all batch documentation accurately and in a timely manner so as to ensure raw material inventory is properly accounted for Complete lab testing to ensure products are formulated to meet quality.
