Chef De Partie : British Brasserie : Daytime shifts : London 35:40k Salary : A GBP 35:40,000 all: inclusive plus company bonus 48 hours per week Closed Sundays Looking for daytime shifts only working 9:5pm? Get involved in prepping the menu ready for the evening service and only two lunchtime services on Wednesday and Saturday We are looking for chef de parties to join a new opening from the owners behind Michelin Pub of the Year: winner You will have backgrounds with work stability and be cooking at rosette standards Menu consists of a modern brasserie style brought to life through a classic yet contemporary lens. Each dish will feature seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, displaying the very best produce Britain has to offer. You will need to have good time management This is a great chance to learn new skills as the menu changes every day. All food is done in house, from homemade Sourdough with Cultured Butter to Cured Meat, traditional and modern butchery, serving dishes without fuss In house training as well as visits to suppliers and there is scope for career advancement within the company for the right candidate.
