A company is looking for a Change Communications Consultant to support user adoption initiatives for a digital transformation effort for a DoD client. Key Responsibilities Plan and implement strategies to facilitate user adoption of new technology tools Develop and implement user feedback mechanisms to improve development, training, and deployment processes Produce high-quality client-facing briefs, reports, and user-facing artifacts Required Qualifications Active Secret Clearance required Master's degree with 5 years of experience or Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience in change/adoption management Experienced strategic communications practitioner Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint Change Management Certified Professional preferred
