This is an area known as an outdoor enthusiast's recreational haven and offers easy access to the Ozark Mountains. All applicants, regardless of experience, will be offered a $240 K base with call pay and overtime. CRNAs perform a diverse array of cases while working 10 Hours Shifts along with 8 weeks of PTO and excellent benefits. A $20 K sign on is available.
