We combine interval training, weight training, mobility & flexibility, along with nutrition & lifestyle coaching in a challenging but enthusiastic environment… promoting accountability, support, and the best results possible. We provide a fun and highly effective training experience that educates, inspires, and empowers our clients to build sustainable habits and achieve lasting results to feel and look their best. We are actively seeking a rockstar fitness and nutrition coach who supports our mission to serve the community with leading fitness and nutrition programs. A “rockstar” coach plays a key role in providing extreme client value and is committed to creating raving fans who show up, share their success, recruit their friends, and stick with the program. Perform initial and monthly fitness, nutrition, & lifestyle assessments Create fitness and nutrition plans tailored to client needs, and coach clients through their journey Demonstrate proper exercise instruction. This includes providing proper coaching, instruction and motivation during a training session Track client progress Provide ongoing nutrition and fitness education Outcomes You’ll Produce Referrals and testimonials each month Maintain 85% member renewal and upgrades or higher Client/member attendance 90% on track Minimum Training/Skills Required Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications NASM certified (or equivalent certification) and/or degree in Kinesiology or Exercise Science, 1-2 years of training experience Nutrition coaching certification or equivalent degree or experience Bonus Sales experience Experience with Bridgeathetic, Wellness Living, Google Docs Experience working with small groups in a fitness facility environment Certified NASM Personal Trainer Certified PN1 Nutrition Coach Key Qualities We’re Looking For Flexibility/adaptability Enthusiasm Work ethic High standards Openness to criticism and ideas Communication Teamwork Empathetic & Persuasive What You’ll Get Flexible scheduling Advancement opportunities Educational reimbursement for certifications & CEUs Free gym access Job Type: Part Time & Full Time positions Competitive Hourly Pay: $20-50 Bonus potential Powered by JazzHR
