As a CNA working On-Call (OC) Shifts, you'll be instrumental in providing care and support to our residents. Your presence will brighten their mornings and/or light up their nights. A little about Mennonite Village, we are a not-for-profit Continuing care retirement community. We believe our purpose here at Mennonite Village is to be a community where residents live their best life. Starting wage from $21.00-$23.29 depending on experience. There is a shift differential of $1 for hours worked between 10pm and 6am, as well as an additional $1 for hours worked on weekends. We are currently hiring part time OC CNAs and available shifts will be discussed during the interview process. Responsibilities include: Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Monitoring residents health status and reporting changes to a Nurse Maintaining accurate documentation Promoting participation in activities Ensuring safety during care procedures through compassionate care and professionalism. Qualifications: Valid CNA certification in Oregon within the first 120 days of employment. CPR/AED certification within the first 120 days of employment.
