Big Horn Rehabilitation and Care Center offers an in-house experience between Long-term and Short-term skilled nursing home. We pride ourselves in our CARE program for our wonderful residents. We offer education and continuous training for all levels of nursing. We strive to maintain a healthy environment by management using a "lead by example" quota. We love to boost moral with monthly activities and prizes. What you'll be doing: Patient Care: Assisting with daily activities like eating, dressing, and using the bathroom.Vital Signs: Measuring and recording vital signs like blood pressure and temperature.Patient Information: Recording and reporting patient health concerns to nurses.Patient Safety: Ensuring safety protocols are followed and patient privacy rules are respected.Patient Needs: Helping to ensure patients' nutritional and hydrations needs are met.Cleaning: Cleaning and sanitizing patient areas and medical supplies.Emergency Situations: Performing Immediate and temporary interventions in emergency situations.Patient Transfers: Turning, repositioning, and transferring patients between beds and wheelchairs.Charting: Charting patient information, such as bowel movements and showers, input, output, and what they ate into our system (PCC). What you will need: As a CNA, you are required to hold an active CNA license within the state board of nursing in Wyoming.As an employee, you are required to hold a positive attitude and great work ethic.
