What -you would -be doing: -The Certified Nurse -Assistant CNA plays a -vital role at The Orchards and more -importantly -in the lives of our residents and their family members. - -Our -CNA's establish caring relationships with our residents -and works with them to ensure their comfort and -safety -by attending to their needs and reporting care needs to the members of -the -nursing -team -and -other center team members. - -The -successful -candidate: - must be -a -Certified Nursing Assistant CNA in good standing with the -State -of Michigan -or -a graduate of a state approved nursing assistant training program and -will be scheduled for the -state competency examination within 120 days of employment. - Is resident centered, -patient, compassionate, gentle, empathetic and -a -committed -team player. - - must be able to express self adequately in written and oral communication and to communicate effectively in an interdisciplinary care setting with residents, families, and staff members. -Rewards and Recognitions: -Our -employees can take advantage of a -menu of health coverage and other benefits. - - Your hourly wage is based on years of experience.
