We are seeking compassionate and skilled nurses to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of excellence in healthcare.**Job Title: Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) - Full-Time****Locations: Leesville & Rosepine** **Employment Type: Full-Time** **Shift: Day** **Job Summary:** We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our team in Leesville and Rosepine. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will provide essential support to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and licensed practical nurses. Your primary role will be to assist patients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being while adhering to high standards of care.**Key Responsibilities:** - Assist patients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. - Provide support with mobility, including transferring patients in and out of beds and wheelchairs, and assisting with walking. - Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse, reporting any changes to nursing staff. - Help patients with feeding and hydration as needed, ensuring proper nutritional intake. - Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including cleaning and disinfecting personal and common areas. - Support activities of daily living (ADLs) and encourage patient independence when possible. - Document patient care activities accurately in line with facility policies and procedures. - Collaborate with healthcare team members to deliver high-quality care and respond to patient needs effectively. - Uphold patient confidentiality and respect patients’ rights and dignity at all times. **Qualifications:** - Current certification as a Nurse Aide (CNA) in the state of Louisiana (preferred). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team. - Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. - Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods. - Prior experience in a long-term care setting or hospital preferred, but not required. - CPR and First Aid certification required.**Benefits:** - Competitive salary and shift differentials. - Health, dental, and vision insurance. - Paid time off and holidays. - Supportive and friendly work environment.If you are a dedicated and compassionate CNA looking to make a positive impact in patients' lives, we encourage you to apply!
