Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) - Masconomet Healthcare CenterPart Time & Full Time hours availableShifts: 6:45 am-3:15 pm, 2:45 pm-11:15 pm, 11 pm-7 am. Additional differentials for nights and weekends. Per diem also available: $22 or $25 Essential Functions: -Provide exceptional resident care including, but not limited to:- Identify special resident problems and changes in condition and report them immediately to supervisor- Bathes, neatly dresses and undresses residents- Grooms resident including shaving, hair and fingernail care- Accurately records percentage of resident food and fluid intake- Feeds resident according to care plan(s)- Monitors meal trays- Answers call lights timely- Delivers and removes resident meal trays- Pulls up side rails and rolls down bed- Changes incontinent residents-Takes residents to bathroom every 2 hours or as requested- Completes tub baths, showers or bed baths- Turns and repositions all bed and chair residents every 2 hours including but not limited to pulling up in bed- Empties and records all urinary drainage units- Assists nurse with treatment procedures- Changes bed linens on occupied and unoccupied beds- Takes, records and reports weights of residents- Inspects resident skin condition with daily care and reports to the supervisor Prerequisites: - Minimum 10th grade education.
