Certification Program Specialist will provide senior program and project management support to stand up, implement, operate, and maintain the Cryptologic and Cybersecurity Certifications Programs. Tasks include: Manage, develop, and lead contract team and oversee all contract activities. Serve as the focal point for all tasks supporting the development, implementation, operation, maintenance, sustainment, and management of Certification Programs by industry, DoD, and other applicable guidance and standards. Support the certifications PMO in all areas to include developing, recommending, and implementing strategy, vision and goals, policies, standards, requirements, procedures, business processes, communications, governance, and other responsibilities. Remain knowledgeable of initiatives that pertain to and include certification efforts throughout the Cryptologic and Cybersecurity Enterprise and IC/DoD Community. Provides expertise, guidance, consultation, facilitation, and thought leadership focused on Cryptologic and Cybersecurity certification-related activities. Support Cryptologic and Cybersecurity Certifications by providing policy input and required and ad hoc reporting to USD (I&S) overseers and other stakeholders. Ensure the certification program requirements are identified, quantified, and included in the planning, programming, and budgeting process. This requires coordinating the identification of Cryptologic and Cybersecurity Certification Program resource requirements and preparing for submission in the DOD Program Build and other documents. Support the establishment of governance/advising boards and groups, facilitate meetings, act as secretariat, track issues, set agendas, find locations, do invitations, etc. with direction from the government. Groups may include: Working groups Councils Boards necessary for Accreditation Board for advising the Functional Manager Other Support discussion at internal and external meetings and participate in targeted issue or theme-specific activities related to certifications initiatives, organizational activities, strategic communications. Examples include: Participate in the discussion at off-sites and conferences, etc. to provide insights into ongoing Cryptologic and Cybersecurity activities or issues. Design, develop, and implement a plan for evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of the Cryptologic and Cybersecurity Certification Program. Identify and coordinate resolving program-related risks, issues, and actions. Develop and conduct outreach activities for a wide range of audiences to promote and build will and capacity for certifications and educate and inform audiences on topics related to certifications. Synchronize Certifications related to corporate and business activities to develop measurable strategic timetables, goals, objectives, and milestones, and to implement instructions, plans, policies, and programs. Review USD (I&S), DoD, and other agency or external planning documents (i.e., Strategy, Defense Planning Guidance) and ensure the organization's strategic plan remains synchronized with current topics, future initiatives, and higher-level planning documents. (U) Support miscellaneous activities related to the PMO. Qualifications At least five (5) years of demonstrated experience leading in the credentialing program management office. Institute for Credentialing Excellence Certified Credentialing Specialist. Three (3) years of demonstrated experience building and managing project schedules and/or related deliverables. Bachelors or higher degree related to the scope of the contract.
