The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the overall management and strategic leadership of Duffy Health Center. The CEO establishes long and short-range plans and objectives, personal performance standards and assumes direct accountability for the organization's results. The CEO develops and implements organizational policies, goals, objectives, and budgets, responsible for resolving all conflicts which arise. Responsibilities include evaluating the efficiency and effectiveness of programs and operations, monitoring and addressing financial performance, ensuring compliance with regulations and reporting requirements, fund development and nurturing positive community relations.
