Ciprani Consulting is hiring for a top Executive Real Estate Leadership position for Jeff Glover Companies within the metro Detroit area of Michigan and is looking for a talented person to help run one of it's teams. This is a full-time position for an energetic, enthusiastic, outgoing individual. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success and skills as a leader with a background in residential Real Estate and/or recruiting. Compensation: • Base salary range: $100,000 - $125,000• Expected 1st year earnings: $150,000-$175,000. There is no limitation on your earning potential• Paid Time Off (PTO)• Healthy amount of training, coaching & development opportunities paid for by company (requires some travel) Responsibilities:• RECRUITING- Recruiting will be the primary focus early on as momentum is built and systems are in place to ensure consistent growth is implemented and executed. • Prospecting to initiate new with existing agents in the market (recruiting; 2-3 hours daily)• Following up with potential recruits and referral sources for recruits (1-2 hours daily)• Conducting/supporting 2 to 3+ recruiting appts per day (can be accomplished in multiple ways i.e. holding your own appts with producing agents and helping staff close appointments with lower production/new agents)• Recruiting agents will/can look like the following:• New Agents joining the real estate world• Experience solopreneurs/agents operating in other brokerages• Agents that have a team of other agents• Brokerages looking to sell through acquisition to other brokerages• Leading office team meetings (sales meetings) with leverage from staff and other sources (weekly or bi-weekly; currently bi-weekly)• Leading the top agents within the office (office board of directors and office managers) meetings (1x per month) along with other committees (example: education of new and seasoned agents)• Provide consistent leadership to staff and agents• Coach/consult with the top 10-20% of agents within the office (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, depending on the agent)• Review financials to achieve/maintain a tight budget and profitability (weekly within the office, monthly with owners and office leadership) Qualifications:• TRAINING people to their highest potential• Proven track record in sales, ready to take your next step in leadership.
