Ashley Distribution Services is hiring CDL A Regional Dry Van Drivers in Ecru, MS. Ashley Distribution Services is the private fleet for Ashley Furniture Industries, Inc., the largest manufacturer of furniture in the world. Established in 1974, Ashley offers one of the industry's broadest product assortments to retail partners in 123 countries.Compensation: Earn $66,990 annually Average weekly pay: $1,288 Additional pay: CLC Card for hotels $40 load pay $15/per hour after 2 hours of detention Bonuses: $3,000 referral bonus $50 clean inspection Safety Bonus Paid via direct deposit weekly Benefits & Perks: Excellent company benefits starting after 60 from the first day of the following month of employment Ashley pays 80% of benefits Medical Dental Vision 6 paid holidays Day 91, each drivers receives 3 days of PTO for their first year of employment 1 years = 5 days 2 years = 10 days 5 years = 15 days 9 years = 20 days Paid orientation Automatic 401(k) enrollment: All employees are automatically enrolled in a 401(k) plan with a 4% contribution. Profit sharing: Each year, the company shares profits with employees. 50% of the profit-sharing contribution goes into the employee's 401(k), and 50% is paid out as a cash bonus. Passenger ride along program – 12 or older and $10 per month Additional benefits are available for enrollment any time of the year. These include Identity Theft Protection, Legal Benefits, Auto and Home insurance and Pet insurance Basic Life and AD&D, this is a company paid benefit, that in the event the loss of life while you are a current Ashley employee a lump sum of money will be paid to a beneficiary of your choice Forbes 2021 America's Best Large Employer Home Time, Route and Schedule Home Time: Case by case basis. Typically, home the weekends but request flexibility to be out for 2 weeks at time Route: 1500-mile region unless requested to help another region Ashley's goal is to keep you moving and making money Schedule: Leave out on Sunday and return on Friday or leave on Monday and return on Saturday Level of touch: 100% no touch Equipment Late model equipment Kenworth & Volvo sleeper cabs Freightliner day cabs APUs & refrigerators in all sleepers Outward facing cameras in all trucks Backed by an industry-leading maintenance fleet Manual Transmission Qualifications Must have valid CDL A License Must be at least 21 years of age At least 12 months of verifiable tractor trailer experience Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen 0 DUIs or major violations in the last 3 years Must live within 60-mile radius of Ecru, MS Founded in 2014, Ashley Distributions Services and Ashley Pacific Northwest is a freight management company that supports the needs of shippers of all types as well as Ashley Furniture Industries.
