Description Linkitall LLC (DBA LIA) is seeking a Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) Technician to repair, respond to emergency calls, conduct semi-annual system verification and testing on cameras, Genetec security software, 3 Genetec Network Video Recorders (NVR), 9 Genetec security workstations and all other devices connected to the system across Arlington National Cemetery (ANC). Benefits Medical, Dental, 401K, Spot bonuses, AD&D/Life Insurance, PTO, Mental Health PTO, Birthday PTO, Housing Incentive Major responsibilities include (not all inclusive) Performs service/installation of CCTV systems, and other various security related systems. Performs computer program entry as required to add closed circuit television cameras, access control devices as needed. Service, Installation and programming of Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion systems. Maintenance of all equipment per the manufacturer's recommendations. Apply any software or vendor specific updates to the Network Video Recorder and Cameras. Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and testing Semi-annually during the maintenance and service year or the manufacturer's minimum maintenance recommendations, whichever is more frequent. Provide information concerning compatibility and cybersecurity risk on any required replacement parts. Testing and terminating coaxial, fiber, and copper cable as needed for analog and IP based CCTV. Install cable pathway systems (cable trays, cable racks, J-hooks or D-rings). Maintain a detailed recommended spare parts list for regular review. Qualifications/Requirements Degree or certification in video or surveillance technology preferred. Genetec Security Center certification, 5.x preferred. 2-3 years of knowledge and experience with commissioning & servicing CCTV systems preferred. Must have knowledge and understanding of basic electrical principles to install and troubleshoot complex CCTV systems. Strong knowledge of networks and/or network switching preferred. Ability to interact in a professional and positive manner with management, team members, and guests.
