Position : Full-Time Automotive Cashier/Receptionist About Us : At Infiniti of Valencia, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and quality automotive solutions to our customers. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional individual to join our team as an Automotive Cashier/Receptionist. Position Overview : The Automotive Cashier/Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our customers. This role involves handling customer transactions, managing incoming calls, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our dealership. Key Responsibilities : - Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner. - Handle customer transactions, including processing payments and issuing receipts. - Answer and direct incoming phone calls. - Manage service loaner fleet.- Schedule service appointments and maintain appointment logs. - Assist with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing records. - Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming. - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Requirements : - High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience in a cashier or receptionist role, preferably in the automotive industry. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficient in using computers and office software. - Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding service. - Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently. - Reliable and punctual with a professional appearance.
