Cash Collector requires: ERP knowledge Oracle, ADMIN/CARMS, COMPASS, Account Ledger, IBS, NexGen Proficiency in GETPAID/Collection tools. Work experience in a shared service contact center is mandatory Driving to the other offices when necessary for collaboration and training. Cash Collector duties: Responsible for receiving inbound calls to resolve customer queries & make outbound calls to perform collection attempts. Analyze accounts and achieve collection targets as per Dialer Strategy Responsible for overseeing collection activities of all the active customers of North America & Canada customers. Manage collections and provide early stage customer service to avoid any customer complaints.Coordinate with the cash applications team for accurate application of funds and remittance advice. Work on disputes of assigned portfolio to drive resolution/closure. Work on unapplied cash of assigned portfolio. Manage portfolio review calls with internal/external stakeholders.
