Does this sound like you? Registered Nurse, with a current, unrestricted license Strong clinical background, preferably 3 to 5 years of work experience in an acute care, skilled, or rehabilitative clinical settings. Certified Case Manager preferred, or 2 or more years of case management experience also considered. Strong assessment and analytical skills. Knowledge of healthcare regulations and policies. Excellent communication and rapport-building skills with patients and healthcare teams. Polished communication skills both oral & written. Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations. Writes clearly and informatively. Good computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook, with the ability to quickly learn new applications. Able to work independently and as a part of a team. Ability to work in a proficient and timely manner to meet service expectations. Professional business demeanor. Strong work ethic.
