Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark is currently seeking a Full Time Case Worker for our Intensive Family Support Services program located in Jersey City, NJ .The Intensive Family Support Services program increases families’ coping skills and understanding of mental illness in order to decrease the stress associated with caring for a mentally ill relative. JOB DESCRIPTION: Development and management of a service plan for clients, including running psychoeducational groups, case management services and the formulation and implementation of individualized service plans Responsible to establish continuity of care and assure appropriate quality service SCHEDULE: Monday- Friday 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in social work or related fields 2 years of experience working in the mental health field Valid NJ driver's license Please send salary requirements.
