Aspen Outdoor Designs, located in Noblesville and serving central Indiana, is expanding and we want you to join our team! Are you a great team player with a willingness to learn? Are you a hard worker, but not getting enough hours at your current job? Do you have an eye for detail and thrive in a fast-paced work environment? If this is you, then we would love to talk to you. Aspen Outdoor Designs is looking for motivated, passionate individuals to help expand our Carpentry division! The position includes: • Competitive pay (determined by experience)• Overtime pay (after 40 hours worked in a week)• Paid holidays (after introductory period)• No weekend work!• All tools provided• And more! Compensation: Up to $25/hour Responsibilities:As a member of our Carpentry division, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:• Utilizing power tools with precision• Installing decks, pergolas/arbors, roofed structures, decorative screens, and low-voltage lighting• Interior work in the winter months (framing, trim work, kitchen, bath, etc.) • Collaborating effectively within a team• Start time at 7am at our shop in Noblesville Qualifications:• Have experience in the Carpentry field? Awesome, but not necessary• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.• Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn• Excellent communication skills• Ability to work with others• Experience with hand/power tools• Passion for crafting high-quality projects• Ability to read a tape measurer• Driver’s license is preferred, but not required Compensation: $25 hourly potential About Company: For over 25 years, Aspen Outdoor Designs has been a leading landscape design company dedicated to transforming outdoor spaces into stunning works of art.
