As a Direct Support Professional, you'll have the unique opportunity to positively impact the lives of our residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You'll provide support, encouragement, caregiving, and companionship, ensuring each individual reaches their fullest potential. Your Day-to-Day: As a Full-Time Direct Support Professional, you'll: Assist residents with daily living skills, fostering an environment where they can thrive. Ensure residents' homes are clean, safe, and conducive to well-being. Collaborate with a dedicated team to develop and implement individualized support plans. Assist with medication administration as needed. Drive organization fleet vans to residents' appointments, day programs, and activities, enriching their social interactions. What We Offer: Competitive Pay: Starting hourly rate of $18.50 - $19.50 , with opportunities for raises based on performance. Working Hours: Traditional Schedule : 5 days a week; 2 PM to 10 PM; dates and times may change in the future Alternative Schedule : 6 AM to 10 AM, then 2 PM to 8 PM; 4 days a week, 3 days off. Days are based on team and resident needs. We also offer Part-time options for those seeking a more tailored work schedule. Requirements: Noah Homes Inc. is looking for candidates who: Possess empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to support individuals with disabilities. Possess a High School diploma or equivalent.
