Cross Country Workforce Solutions Group is the nation's leading provider of non-medical, in-home care for the elderly in PACE programs.We are seeking compassionate Personal Care Assistants to provide support to our senior population! You will be responsible for ensuring that our participants receive the highest level of care possible in the comfort of their own home. We have multiple positions available to aide participants who reside in Oceanside and surrounding areas!Responsibilities:Travel to participant(s) home to provide assistance with activities of daily living such as: Personal Care Services: bathing, dressing, toileting, lift, transferMeal Preparation: prepare and clean-upDaily Living Services including, but not limited to, laundry and grocery pick-up, wipe down, dusting, take out trashCommunicate all incidents, injury, or changes in participant's condition to supervisor; act and respond quickly in case of emergencyRequirements:Minimum of 1 year of experienceWeekend AvailabilityPass Criminal BackgroundPass Physical - TB TestReliable Vehicle, Driver's License, Auto Insurance (only if driving)Pass 4- Panel Drug Test (No THC Testing)BLS/CPR/First Aid - American Heart AssociationSmart Phone and Email AddressBenefits:Family Focused Atmosphere$100 Sign-On Bonus (Conditions Apply)$250 Referral BonusFlexible Hours and ShiftsMedical, Dental, Vision, Life, and 401 (k) for full-time caregiversBenefits Medical insuranceDental insuranceFlexible schedulingVision insurance
