Your role as a Caregiver in Memory care Full time Swing shift 2pm-1030pm As a Full-Time Caregiver in Memory Care at Mennonite Village, you'll play an integral role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. You'll be knowledgeable about and adhere to each resident's service plans, ensuring personalized care tailored to their needs. Your responsibilities will include providing essential hygiene and general care, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, and grooming. You'll promptly respond to call lights, ensuring safety devices are within reach, while also monitoring health status and communicating any changes to the Team Leader or nurse. Your compassionate support will extend to aiding residents with mobility and engaging them in meaningful activities, fostering a sense of dignity and emotional well-being.
