Apply Today!Guaranteed Hours- 40 -45 hours depending on availability. Days/Afternoons and a couple evenings, every other weekend. Must be able to drive all of Brainerd Lakes Area. Responsibilities: Assistance with ADLs. Activities of Daily Living Hands-on personal cares may include assistance with dressing, grooming, incontinence, and hygiene Light housekeeping includes cleaning bathroom, living areas, kitchens, dusting, mopping, linen change, vacuuming, laundry, garbage etc. Meal planning, cooking and baking Conversation and companionship Interactive Caregiving Errands and transportation Assistance with mobility may include use of transfer tools/equipment Assistance with medication Dementia or Alzheimer’s care End of life care Communicate with Client Care Coordinator as needed Provide proper electronic documentation of shift and cares Requirements: 1 year of CNA facility experience, preferred Must be available every other weekend and holiday. Willing to drive 35 mile radius of the office. May have multiple shifts a day. Schedule varies and changes with clients needs. 21 years of age High School Diploma or GED Own reliable transportation, clean driving record, 3 years driving experience Valid driver's license and auto insurance and comfortable driving Exceptional attendance record Successful in all home: hospice, dementia, cats/dogs, & smoking DHS and driving record background clearance Customer Service Excellence, Professional Boundaries required.
