Our Care Partners (Caregivers) provide direct care to our senior residents following a personalized treatment plan in a unique setting. What will you do as a Care Partner? Assist the residents in activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring, while following community protocol, licensing regulations, and resident and employee safety guidelines. Prioritize independence and emotional support to the residents by providing compassionate care, engagement, and companionship. Encourage and assist with participation in life enrichment activity programs. Promote open communication between healthcare professionals, families, residents, and staff. If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat: Positive team player attitude and love working with people! Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain. A current CNA/PCA/HCA license is a plus. A minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience is preferred. A fingerprint clearance card or willingness to obtain. Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus!
