A company is looking for a Supervisor, Care Coordination to oversee care coordination activities for assigned members. Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day activities of the care coordination team and ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory standards Monitor care coordination documentation and provide guidance to address member and provider issues Evaluate team performance, assist with onboarding, and champion change within the scope of responsibility Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree 4+ years of related experience Experience in care coordination or management Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and standards Ability to lead and coach a team effectively
