We are looking for a veteran salesperson who has a solid process to sell 25-plus units per month. Pay plan is very aggressive. Responsibilities: • Welcome customers to the showroom floor with professionalism and offer assistance to support auto sales• Build rapport with potential customers by employing strong communication and interpersonal tactics throughout their vehicle selection• Answer questions about new cars, used cars, vehicle performance, applications processes and consult the sales manager as needed• Uphold customer satisfaction standards throughout the sales negotiation process to honor dealership policies• Maintain an up-to-date customer database to drive current and future automotive sales Qualifications: • Stellar communication skills, negotiation skills, time management, and interpersonal skills are all crucial for meeting customer needs• Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license and clean driving record• Sales experience in a showroom or auto dealership setting preferred• Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent; bachelor’s degree is considered a plus• Microsoft Office proficient• VinSolutions CRM experience a bonus• Computer Savvy Compensation: $50,000 - $150,000 yearly About Company: Puente Hills Hyundai is a busy multi-dealership family-owned franchise.
