Acorn by Synergy are seeking a Car Sales Executive to join the busy Sales Department at a prestigious main dealership in Gloucester. A fantastic opportunity to the right person who is able to demonstrate a successful and stable sales track record (ideally within the automotive industry although not necessary as full training will be provided). Car Sales Executive Benefits: Company Car 23 days annual leave : rising to 25 Manufacturer training Achievable OTE of GBP40,000 About the Car Sales Executive role: As a Car Sales Executive you will be the first point of contact for customer either face to face or over the phone and take them through the sales process while building rapport and fully qualifying the customers wants and needs in there next car, You will also have to be confident talking about products. You will have a clear understanding of the obligations that they have entered into and treating all customers fairly. : You must make sure all customer expectations and requirements are exceeded throughout the sales experience You must achieve personal car sales targets, profit targets and activity levels as required for the role The ideal candidate will: Take pride in their ability to maximise sales and profit opportunities whilst simultaneously delivering exceptional levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction. Be focused on achieving goals; you will possess excellent interpersonal skills and will be recognised as a self: motivated team player and target achiever. Hold a minimum of 12 months, a successful track record in a customer: facing, target: driven sales environment. Hold a valid UK driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.
