The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in the following areas:Securities, including SEC reporting and national securities exchange complianceCapital markets and corporate financeInitial Public Offerings (IPOs)Familiarity with the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934Preparation and filing of SEC reportsPeriodic reporting, proxy statements, and registration statementsCandidates with prior experience at an AmLaw 200 firm are strongly preferred.
