A company is looking for a Call Center Customer Service Collector to assist customers with financial decisions and repayment arrangements. Key Responsibilities Interact with customers through inbound calls and outbound dialing Educate customers on repayment schedules and perform collection activities Ensure compliance with state and local collection laws Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum one year of experience in collections and/or customer service Some knowledge of loan collection policies and fair debt collection practices Familiarity with Microsoft Excel Proven time-management skills
