As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound and outbound calls to provide support, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, detail-oriented, and has a passion for helping others. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner. Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests accurately and efficiently. Provide product or service information to assist customers in making informed decisions. Record detailed information of customer interactions, including call details, customer issues, and resolutions, in the CRM system. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction. Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to effectively address customer needs. Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide seamless customer service. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficient in using CRM software, call center systems, and basic computer applications.
