As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer inquiries, and ensure a positive experience with our company. Key Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner. Resolve customer complaints efficiently and provide accurate information about products and services. Document customer interactions and update records in our CRM system. Meet performance targets related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and resolution time. Collaborate with team members to address complex issues and escalate calls when necessary. Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry best practices. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any outstanding issues. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (required); associate degree or higher (preferred). Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening abilities. Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and patience. Proficient with computer systems, CRM software, and basic troubleshooting.
