Position: Call Center Agent Location: New York, NY Job Type: Full-Time Reports to: Call Center Supervisor/Manager Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting products/services. Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally. Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. Resolve customer inquiries by troubleshooting issues or escalating to appropriate departments. Meet individual and team performance targets, including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction metrics. Document and track customer interactions in the company CRM system. Assist in processing orders, returns, or exchanges, as required. Promote company products or services through customer interaction when applicable. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (required). Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly phone presence. Ability to listen actively and address customer concerns. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
