As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. Respond to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues promptly. Document customer interactions and update customer records in the database. Meet or exceed key performance metrics (KPIs), including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and response time. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and changes to provide accurate information. Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times. Adhere to company guidelines and standard operating procedures. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
