Job: Full timeMonday to FridayWeekends free Pay Range: $17.50 - $28.00 hourly THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB Location: New Jersey Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy. Respond to customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals. Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction. Assist customers in navigating company services and offerings. Follow up with customers as needed to ensure complete satisfaction. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred. Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities. Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
