A company is looking for a Remote Mental Health Therapist to provide teletherapy services to youth in California. Key Responsibilities Provide evidence-based teletherapy using modalities like CBT and DBT Collaborate with care teams, including school counselors and families, to support students Maintain clinical documentation and track client progress using a secure EHR system Required Qualifications and Training Active, independent clinical license in California (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist) Minimum of 1 year experience providing therapy to children or adolescents Proficiency with telehealth platforms Ability to work during peak demand times (afternoons, evenings, and/or weekends) Preferred: Bilingual ability and specialized training in therapeutic modalities
