Industry : IT Location: Torrance, CA (on-site) We are looking for motivated candidates, including those who are new to the field or currently studying to become an SE. Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of business systems projects, from requirements definition to development, system testing, delivery, and maintenance Work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements Develop and manage project plans and budgets Lead and motivate project teams Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Manage project risks and issues Communicate project status to stakeholders Document project processes and procedures Preferred Skills: Programming languages: WPF Windows Form C# MS SQL Server Transact SQL ASP.net ASP.net MVC VBA Experience with business systems implementation, consulting, and support Experience in proposing and planning business improvement initiatives Knowledge of accounting principles and experience with QuickBooks or Sage Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to think creatively and come up with innovative solutions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Desire to become an SE (Software Engineer) (beginners are also welcome) Additional Requirements: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or have a valid work visa Excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (closed weekends and holidays) Salary: To be discussed in detail during the interview or based on experience Probationary Period: 3 months
