Business Strategy Planning Director Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Join us and together we will drive the future of federal health careReporting to the FGS Chief Strategy & Growth Officer, the Business Strategy Planning Director will be responsible for translating business strategy into execution with a focus on increasing organizational agility. They will act as a convener to make connections across our federal business units, FGS shared services, and enterprise partners to drive results tied to leadership priorities.How you will make an impact: * Understands all aspects of the business and partners with executive leadership to define strategy and successful criteria for the future. * Translates strategy into defined tactics, programs/projects priorities, and timelines. * Ensures alignment and attainment of enterprise strategic plans to turn strategy into reality. * Documents strategic priorities such as external environment and reports on customer and partner insight research initiatives. * Builds and leverages relationships to provide innovative solutions to complex business problems. * Proposes opportunities to improve results based on continuous needs assessment. * Responsible for the development implementation and monitoring of line of business planning and project activities. * Supports executive communications, to include for the FGS President. * Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.Minimum Requirements:Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of related experience including prior leadership experience, and 3 to 5 years in strategic planning; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experience: * Master's degree in business or a healthcare-related field preferred. * Federal health and contracting knowledge preferred. * Strong communications skills and prior experience working with executive leadership preferred.If this job is assigned to any Federal Government Solutions entity, the applicant and incumbent fall under a `sensitive position' work designation and may be subject to additional requirements beyond those associates outside FGS.
