This role requires a California Bar admission and is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in technology litigation, class action defense, and company v. company disputes.Job Details:Duties:Handle a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters on behalf of clients.Manage and oversee junior associates and professional staff on litigation projects.Conduct legal research analysis and provide strategic counsel to clients.Develop and implement litigation strategies and tactics.Draft legal documents, pleadings, motions, and other related materials.Appear in court for hearings, depositions, and trials as needed.Collaborate with clients to provide legal advice and support in their business litigation cases.Requirements:4-5 years of significant litigation experience.Prior experience working in the Litigation Department of a comparable law firm.Proven project-based experience and the ability to multitask on high-level assignments.Demonstrated track record of consistently producing high-quality work products.Experience working with and overseeing junior associates and professional staff.High level of academic achievement from a law school institution.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Certifications:Current admittance to the California Bar is required.Skills:Strong legal research and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Litigation strategy and tactics development.Courtroom experience, including hearings, depositions, and trials.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Proficiency in legal software and research tools.Preferred Skills:Experience in technology litigation, class action defense, and/or company v. company disputes.Benefits: The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:Medical, dental, and vision insurance.Health savings account (with the applicable medical plan).Health and/or dependent care flexible spending accounts.Pre-tax commuter benefits.Life insurance, ADD, and long-term care coverage.Backup care for children and/or adults.Other parental support benefits.Firm-paid life insurance, ADD, LTD, and short-term medical benefits.Four weeks of vacation time per year.Two weeks of sick time per year.10 paid holidays each year.
