This position is ideal for a professional with strong analytical skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service within a dynamic legal environment.Job OverviewThe Business Litigation Associate Attorney will handle a diverse caseload of commercial litigation matters, representing clients in both State and Federal courts, as well as alternative dispute resolution (ADR) forums.
