This position offers an opportunity to work on complex commercial litigation matters in Massachusetts state and federal courts. The ideal candidate will have strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills, and a background in real estate litigation is a plus.Location:Boston, MADuties:Handle business litigation cases, including breach of contract, commercial torts, and Chapter 93A claims.Draft pleadings, conduct legal research, and manage discovery.Take depositions and participate in other stages of litigation.Collaborate with a team on complex civil and real estate litigation matters.Represent clients in Massachusetts state and federal courts.Requirements:3-5 years of business litigation experience.Expertise in Massachusetts state and federal courts.Experience with complex commercial litigation matters.Knowledge of real estate litigation is a plus.Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.Education:J.D. from a top-tier law school with excellent academic credentials.Certifications:Admission to the Massachusetts Bar (MA Bar Admission required).Skills:Proficiency in drafting pleadings and legal documents.Strong analytical and research skills.Experience managing discovery processes and taking depositions.Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.Benefits:Opportunity to work in a top-tier law firm.Exposure to complex litigation cases and high-level clients.Collaborative and professional work environment.
