We're looking for people to join our exciting team and help us continue to grow We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join White Rabbit Group We're looking for someone to work in-office and will not be hiring remote at this time. Primary duties for a Business Development Manager include the identification of business opportunities, building and maintaining successful relationships with prospects and existing clients, collaborating with executives on business strategy to determine objectives, evaluating current business performance and maximizing business reach and potential. Our core focus is the strategic development of long term partnerships with marketing, design, and creative agencies to assist in the development realm of client projects. Our partnerships range from sole-proprietorships to international corporations which means our outreach strategies must be catered accordingly. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building new relationships with potential partners and seeing them through to our 1st project together, at which point you will hand them off to a Technical PM for continued management. These assignments include making intro calls to discover specific needs, conducting initial project scope gathering, and writing and sending Statements of Work for approval. The location we're hiring for is right in the heart of Capitol Hill, Seattle, Washington. Our office is right off Broadway and is in a newer building that was built in 2010. Personal Traits We're Looking For: Passionate about building connections, having a passion for this is one Motivated Enthusiastic and positive thinking Organized and detail oriented Strong management expertise Strong analysis and critical thinking skills Deadline and detail-oriented Excellent leadership and communication expertise Responsibilities: Development of long term agency partnerships Managing contacts in Hubspot CRM Track partnership progress and timelines Cold-calling and outbound email sequences Creating estimates for clients Researching and attending networking events Meet or exceed sales/biz dev goals ​Requirements: Previous background in business development or another related position General knowledge of coding terminology and practices Background using Hubspot or equivalent CRM for prospect tracking HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and/or 1-2 server-side language(s) is a plus 2yrs of backgroundFor more info:
