As a BDC Specialist, you are an important team member in our organization - handling inbound, outbound and follow up calls to set appointments by building product values. And one of the best parts? Nucar AutoMall of Tilton , located at 40 East Main St in Tilton, NH is currently looking to add a top-notch Sales Business Development Specialist to our busy winning team! Voted "Best Place to Work in the 603", Nucar candidates must be willing to learn and grow, and have an overwhelming desire for success by setting appointments for customers to meet with a Sales Associate to find the right vehicle for them. Create satisfied customers and earn more money. Duties include: Promptly and professionally answer phone and internet inquiries with the goal of providing an exceptional client experience resulting in a scheduled reservation with the sales team. Master and follow all training materials including inbound sales call guides and Strategic Responses (word tracks) and in order to accurately answer all guest's questions. Keep current with sales specials, all direct mail pieces, and notices from the manufacturers. The ability to work a variety of full-time hours. All candidates must be able to work some weekends and a couple of evenings. Being punctual to work and when returning from lunch and break with a full adherence to set schedule. Following the "Client Care Center Policies and Procedures" manual. Team incentives as well as individual incentives! Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent required A desire to exceed customer expectations Excellent communication and follow up skills A desire to have fun!
